dmlferguson Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 I've seen lots of threads about Bootcamps recently so thought I'd post about the Fitness bootcamp I go to at Endcliffe Park Sheffield, http://www.freshstartpt.co.uk. The guy that runs it, Kev, is so lovely and its non military so he never shouts. It runs on Wednesday (17:30 and 18:30), Friday (17:30 and 18:30) and Sundays (08:00 and 09:00). It does get quite busy sometimes but I know he offers a free taster session to anyone that wants to try it out.
