WeX
Only on here. Get out into the real world and people see things different. he's mostly hated by vocal labour tactical voters who voted lib dem last time in a vein effort to keep the tories out. the hate they feel is just despair and disappointing at themselves for being such pillock's and not voting for their actual preferred candidate. if they had, things may be very different. puisseguin
I suppose the way to test a party leader is to send him an invitation to a big occassion like a royal wedding. If he turns up in a rented suit you can be pretty sure that he never expects to become Prime Minister because that would entail attending meetings and ceremonies around the world. Happ Hazzard
He doesn't look like a leader. He's too weedy. He looks like a geeky student.

Even his own councillors are asking him to step down. Did you see Clegg on BBC news this morning? He looked a beaten man, not a leader.

Did you see Clegg on BBC news this morning? He looked a beaten man, not a leader. I have only heard of one councillor calling for him to step down. He was probably tired out this morning. Radio Sheffield could not find the new labour leader of deputy leader of the council to come on the radio to tell us what their policies are this morning. swordfish1
Can you provide evidence of this? If so please do so. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-13305294 To be honest it was incredibly easy to find. I just googled clegg and resign. It's almost as if you couldn't bear to look.
