Suffragette1
I did a last run on Sunday, 20k, and am now resting from running and just spinning, daily at the gym, which is zero impact so according to one spinning instructor who's also doing the half marathon, OK. I won't do a class on Saturday but will do a body balance one which is mostly stretching. Lots of conflicting advice, as per most things, I've seen some training plans which entail runs every other day in the week leading up to a big race. jemson
Depends on how much running you normally do. Personally, I`d do an easy 3 miles the day before but I run 5+ times a week. Main thing is to keep running but drop the intensity a bit. Enjoy it!
