Eric_Collins
Shame really, was a nice local land mark. There was nothing better driving past seeing the wildlife in the vicky pollard tacky trackies, prams full o' kids with partner in tow sporting a can o' larger and a pit bull. julado
It is going to be an Asda, Judalo. It'll be a bit small for an Asda!
Unregistered
Where will I get my Chesterfield Digestives now????? (so much better than those rubbishy old things from McVities ) I prefer Jaffa Cakes. I love Jaffa Cakes. Some kinky people do some kinky things with Jaffa Cakes. I ain't kinky, I mainly eat them with my clothes on. ASDA better sell them. . . .
Unregistered
Do Iceland stores sell fresh fruit and veg. Well Netto never did.... Jesus Christ. I've never seen such rotten bananas or mouldy tangerines on sale. Even half decent Netto bananas seemed to turn black within hours. . . .
Anna B
Yes but correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe ASDA PX is looking bigger than it will actually be because I think that it is being built on "stilts" so that cars will park underneath the store. I can't see any car park on the aerial plan. Key ASDA Parson Cross Facts: 38,000 sq ft sales and storage area. 350 car parking spaces. Taxi drop off point. 350 new full and part time jobs for local people. Full range of ASDA products including George clothing, Extra Special Range, ASDA brand and Smart Price. ASDA’s low prices and more supermarket choice for local people. Improved public transport and bus facilities. Landscaping features. Parson Cross will benefit from decades of store building experience. Hoping to open the store for Christmas 2011. . . . Anyone know if it's going to be open 24hrs like the one at Handsworth?
