young tup
:roll:I remember when I was about 5 or 6 in the fifties, I had this period when I was a bit constipated, my mother being The Wicked Witch of the North, looked up a remedy in her Potions book, well it involved getting bits of soap, and putting them up a certain part of my anatomy, I can tell you that it worked a treat, within a couple of hours I was cured, and I've been as regular as clockwork ever since. What was it with my parents generation, obsessed with being "regular" have memories of being a constipated youngster and being taken to the doctors on many occasions was it the diet then (early fifties ). Pleased to report regular as clockwork now but need 2 cups of tea first every morning. ps Seem to recollect that Kellog was a doctor and rolled corn ( maize ) was his solution to the problem.Anyone confirm this, am I anally retentive in other ways ?
