yodan4 Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Hi, we currently hold Ladies Kickboxercise on Mondays & Wednesdays 7 - 8pm aswell as Mixed classes for Karate throughout the week. I am thinking of putting on Karate classes just for Ladies if there was enough interest as I know that some Ladies feel intimidated when training in a Prodominantly Male Class.
