WOOFY
Try Aviva on their website as I don't think they are on the comparison sites.

ksms
comparethemarket.com, phone a broker like swinton, tell them to quote you and see if it compares, if not they usualy match or beat it Would have agreed with this until recently. We were called by our broker (the one you mentioned) to say the renewal for our car was £1200.00 - and that was with our current insurer (liverpool Victoria). We called the insurer direct and they quoted us £600.00 - which we took as found them very efficient during our recent claim. - although we had found a quote £100 cheaper than that! Your broker should have been coming in at circa £675, they appear to have ignored the FSA's holy grail of Treating Customers Fairly. Failing that LV are giving direct enquiries a 50% discount. shand1
I've always found "spire insurance" chesterfield, very reasonable & a bit cheaper than comparison sites. They are friendly & helpful & will do what they can to tailor your individual needs. Especially if you use your car for business use.
