Its just a shame sheffield council didnt apply common sense when it came to the NEXT planning application as it would have saved the taxpayer thousands and it would have come to a swift conclusion like this has. AndrewC
About time........... common sense prevails. Its just a shame sheffield council didnt apply common sense when it came to the NEXT planning application as it would have saved the taxpayer thousands and it would have come to a swift conclusion like this has. They showed they had learnt their lesson when they approved the Ikea application back in June. Why the Tory Government then had to delay things further by bringing it in for this review is anyone's guess. You are right though Penistone999, it's good to see the common sense applied by Sheffield Council in originally approving this has prevailed.
