MrCHANG Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 House insurance was due yesterday so when to local office, then i saw the insurance was £293.15:o, i though that was a lot and told the girl i had a internet qoute of £220ish and she told me wait and see what she can do. 2 minutes later she said she can do it for £239 and its same level of cover and same insurance company(legal & general) Cant belive they had that much room for movement in home insurance. Grandad.Malky Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 All companies do it, my car insurance made me their “best offer”, after finding another company I told the original company I was cancelling to which they said……… “if you are cancelling we can put you through to our new customer department , they may be able to beat the offer you have been given” I will give you one guess as to what I told them to do.
