JaneEd
In 2011 Broomhall Nursery School celebrates its 80th Anniversary, making us the oldest nursery school in Sheffield. To mark the occasion we are organising lots of special activities including, a commemorative newspaper, an anniversary artwork and a grand reunion Garden Party. If you were a pupil of Broomhall Nursery, you are cordially invited to join us at our celebratory Garden Party, together with your family and friends. Please pass on the invitation to any past pupils that you know. Garden Party Saturday 25 June 11am-3pm The Garden Party will be officially opened at 11am by Sonia Sharp, Executive Director for Children, Young People and Families, Sheffield City Council. We are also interested in hearing from former pupils about their recollections of their days at the nursery – some of these stories will be included in the commemorative newspaper. Please see the Broomhall Nursery website under its "About Us" button for more details about the party – and for a chance to share your memories with the team making the newspaper.
