truthlogic
" just after appearing on libyan national tv , a group of libyan tribal leaders were bombed by NATO , the tribal leaders appeared on tv pleading for peace and *national unity"* But don't worry NATO always says it regrets killing civilans in thier standard reponse " we cannot independently confirm the validity of the claim, we regret any loss of life by innocent civilians when they occur," http://www.monstersandcritics.com/news/africa/news/article_1639151.php/Funerals-held-for-Muslim-clerics-killed-in-Libya-airstrike http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20110513/wl_nm/us_libya_brega_attack http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/8513402/Libya-Nato-air-strike-kills-11-imams.html
taxman
Weren't there calls at the weekend for NATO to increase the scope of their bombing to include infrastructure, not just military command and control targets?
truthlogic
Weren't there calls at the weekend for NATO to increase the scope of their bombing to include infrastructure, not just military command and control targets? Yes NATO bombs are not helping the rebel advance so more bombs or boots on the ground will be required ! I hope all these bombs are "protecting civilians " Yet another lie from the people who brought us WMDS in Iraq , invisable caves and training camps in afganistan ,
truthlogic
Weren't there calls at the weekend for NATO to increase the scope of their bombing to include infrastructure, not just military command and control targets? The number one priority for NATO has been the success of the rebellion , Hence the lighting fast UN intervention, the immediate bombing campaign , the immediate calls for war crimes , the extensive BBC documentry coverage ( while Brit bombs falling ) Etc etc Public is easily brainwashed , you just get the media to sing a tune and the population follows , Libya . Protect civilians = just a no fly zone = just bombing tanks , armour = any target = boots on ground = invasion , but we won't call it that ! Afganistan - looking for Alqueda - bring peach - we fighting for democracy - no we fighting for womens rights - etc All Brits current wars are being fought on credit ! What does history tell us about nations who stretch them selves too far ?
