At the moment my club concentrate on tumbling and we do not train enough hours to focus solely on flexibility. can anyone suggest any form of exercise that may help my flexibility and were it is taught.Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RosyRat Posted May 17, 2011 Share Posted May 17, 2011 Try Pilates. Excellent for flexibility and strengthening of the core muscles. There are Pilates classes which combined some yoga moves, to further increase flexibility. Don't know where you live in Sheffield, but can recommend a Thursday evening class in Hillsborough.
