Flexibility training/conditioning

I am a gymnast and wanting to become more flexible. At the moment my club concentrate on tumbling and we do not train enough hours to focus solely on flexibility. can anyone suggest any form of exercise that may help my flexibility and were it is taught.Thanks :D

Try Pilates. Excellent for flexibility and strengthening of the core muscles. There are Pilates classes which combined some yoga moves, to further increase flexibility. Don't know where you live in Sheffield, but can recommend a Thursday evening class in Hillsborough. The same teacher runs one at the Chapeltown Community Centre.
