The days when you could say 

‘Mum I’m just off to the woods ‘

Then you’d disappear for the  day and just come back when you were hungry 

Think this is near Gilleyfield woods but will stand corrected

Only knew David Diggins. My Aunt had a Morris Minor reg. no. 1408 WE.

Memory's not what it used to be...

However, I've been looking at some old TCS class photos and I'm surprised at the number of names I can remember.

Yep some right bad ‘uns amongst this lot . Reception class 1953

Strangely enough I can remember more than I’ve forgotten 

Theres me and you on front row .

There’s Mick and Clive I’m still in touch with

There’s my late best mate next to me .

A fair few of the lads I knocked about with up to my teens

Our car outside our prefab on Green Oak Ave .

Youll notice the lack of other vehicles as far as the eye can see . If you looked the other way it would be virtually the same
