Any tips to revitalise tired legs

Have them cut off.

Then you can have phantom limbs.

Donate cut off legs to someone with a phantom torso.

Have them chase you up the street and see if they can catch you.

Post a thread on the internet about tired phantom limbs.

Ice bath straight after exercise or as cold as you can get it.

 

Alot of athletes use this method after training. It enables the muscles to recover quicker for some reason.

Also stretch (alot) before and after exercise.

 

Also look at your diet, is it providing everything your body needs for regular exercise.

 

Go on to the running forums/websites, lots of advice on training, diet, recovery etc..

 

Reading some articles a hot bath is the worse thing you can do.

Try cannabis. Its a bit of a wonder drug and cures all sorts. If you don't like smoking it just have a gram in food a couple of times a week. Has to be with animal or veg oil/fat. Alternatively, you can have it with a swig of booze..:D
