Casting in Alloy

just had a look and there doesn't appear to be anything fitting the criteria.

 

as a better idea, it's the black plastic part that goes from the round cone filter on top, around the large purple engine to and connects to the rear. About 6" in total size.

Surely bending one out of something like brake piping would be easier.

Why don't you use the existing to make a mould and reconstruct using fibre strand and resin?
