Shogun Posted September 16, 2012 Share Posted September 16, 2012 Yes they wanted 25k up front and they only were giving short term promises as to what was happening, I just got the impression that they do not want it as a pub any more the land is worth a lot more to them, they have to get allsorts of permission to build on the land, I think it will be OAP flats in the end or something similar.
