This large flagship property has recently undergone a refurbishment and has two trading rooms, a function room and a car park.The pub is located on the corner of a busy road intersection between Hatfield House Lane and the A6135 Barnsley Road. There are several large residential housing estates nearby and several small businesses trading from shop units opposite and adjacent to the pub. The main customer base is made up of local residents. The pub has also proven popular for live music in the past which attracts people from all over South Yorkshire. The new consumer pricing on offer at this site is attracting consumers from further afield and the introduction of a food offer will increase the level of trade further.
