Anyone have Virgin car insurance?

I have had my car insurance with Virgin for the last three years.

 

Today i received a letter stating that when my policy renews in August I will not be able to have a quote from them??

 

It says something about a company (BDML) and if I want a quote it will be through them and that if I don't respond to the letter they will presume I want to proceed with their quote.

 

Then it states at the end that if I choose to stay with Virgin, thanks for my custom!

 

I really don't understand, I've never claimed, never missed any payments etc and so I'm confused as to whether everyone is getting this letter or just me:help:

 

I've tried ringing but I've been on hold forever

 

Anyone else had a letter??
