How to get rid of wasps' nest?

Recommended Posts

I had a wasps nest in a small wooden shed I had. It was hanging from the apex inside. I got an old paint tin, sneaked in there at dusk, with a pair of scissors I cut the strands holding it to the apex and it dropped into the paint tin, quickly closed the paint tin with the lid and plonked it in the wheelie bin. Didn't have to wait to see if it worked, cos they were gone...and needless to say, didn't come back.

Would that be gloss or semi-gloss Pete?
