Hi everyone,

I've helped to organise a charity music gig at the Walkabout Bar in Sheffield on Tuesday (31st May) There will be four local bands playing from 7Pm onwards. The event is being supported by the Sheffield Steelers: http://blog.sheffieldsteelers.co.uk/2011/05/24/steelers-to-support-uk-forums-all-stars/

The gig is ultimately to help raise more money as part of the UK Forum All Stars weekend (which is an ice hockey based event) raising money for 5 worthy causes including the Sheffield Childrens Hopsital, Help for Heroes, Breast Cancer Care UK, Dreams Come True Foundation, and Prostate cancer UK.

The local bands are Kartica, A season of Secrets, In Helsinki and Kofi's Shadow. There will be members of the Sheffield Steelers present and the Elite League Trophy which the Steelers won last season.

Tickets are five pounds with all proceeds going to the charities and can be bought on the door. Over 18's only. We hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Thanks
