Sorry, I don't think I can help you much. The Ernest Gill I half remember, was a dark haired guy I think with his hair slicked down, he wasn't very tall, and was a superb dart player and also good with 6 inch nails, but I can't say that I knew anything much about him. In the mid -fifties when I knew him he would ahve been in his 40's I guess, and we used to see him early evening I think, possibly on his way home? Hope you find your info.
