Police cleared of attacking violent demonstrator

Recommended Posts

Did anybody see the BBC journalist questioning of Jody McIntyre afterwards? It could've been lifted straight from the satirical programme Brass Eye.

The BBC anchor was trying to justify the actions of the police saying something like "were you rolling towards the police in your wheelchair"? in a threatening manner

:hihi:

Didn't he say in one of his earlier blogs say something about he ran up the stairs to a roof in Millbank in an earlier protest and some people carried his chair up?

He was slated for playing the disability card when it suited him.

He was slated for playing the disability card only by people who assume that everyone who uses a wheelchair has zero ability to use their legs.

Jody McIntyre has cerbral palsy and can walk but with difficulty, therefore it makes more sense for him to use a wheelchair.

Who was found not guilty of murder #? I would imagine a individual would have to be charged and to come to a guilty verdict if said individual was acting under orders from a superior would be difficult to prove without undermining the basic structure of a system such as the police.

:huh::huh::huh::huh:.

I NEVER MENTIONED A MURDER.

The acting under orders excuse has never been valid when breaking the law.

Sorry attempted murder

As for the second part thats very debatable as the OP clearly shows,the Police will have been acting under orders with those orders transmitted to them.

So were the Nazis.

No one is allowed to shoot on sight in the police force.

At the end of the day wheelchair prat thought he could do what he wanted because the police would be too terrified to act against him. He was proved wrong, good. This is also a sign of equality as he no doubt demands equal treatment and he received it.
