New Adult Karate Beginners Class

Come and learn traditional Okinawan ****oryu karate in a friendly relaxed environment with an fully qualified instructor with over 10 years teaching experience for:

Confidence

 

We will be starting a new class in the Hunters Bar area.

If you have never trained in a martial art before,or have not found the right one for you, then this may be of interest.

 

WHEN.? Commencing Sunday 5th June 2011 (you can come along after this date if you cannot make the first one ,no problem). 5pm - 6pm

WHERE The Scout Hut Botanical Rd.Hunters bar.S11.(the road opp the Porter Brook pub).

 

How much.? £5 / £4 conc. pay as you go.(plus insurance if you decide to stay. £25 per year)

 

Topics covered in the beginners class include.

Basic kick boxing skills.Basic close quarter combat skills.Impact training with pads and bags.Self awareness and self confidence. The classes will progress to Traditional kata (forms), applications and history upon completion of the beginners course

 

Train in a safe, friendly environment with qualified Black belt instruction.
