Asylum seekers given amnesty

Recommended Posts

Although I'm new to this thread - this problem can be solved overnight.

Make things as difficult for migrants, is it is for the British people when they lose there jobs.

Stop offering never ending handouts, stop paying more benefits for more kids.

Stop making it an appealing country to come to.

You take a man/woman, who has lost his/her job, with a mortgage who

has paid into the system - how hard is it for these people to get money to help them through a difficult period?

Until you deal with the handouts - this country will be a magnet still in 100 years time for people wanting a free ride.

Last year net migration was at 142,000, this year it is at 242,000 - ITS UP !!!

If this carrys on for 20 years, then 242,000 x 20 years = 4,840,000....YES... 4 milion, eight hundred and forty thousand people. That is Sheffield population multiplied by 10.

Where will these people live - bear in mind the migrants like big familys, and do not stick to 2 kids.

What the hell is our country going to be like in 20 years time? who will pay for the housing, how much tax will anyone who has a job need to pay to support this? Will we be builing 10 citys the size of sheffield in 20 years time?

4million houses = that means we need to build 547 houses every day for the next 20 years in order to avoid a housing catastrophie

I'd thought you'd long choked on some indigestible millet :hihi:

They certainly did, but I don't think they ever regretted the decision they made-in fact you can ask her she's 96 now and still kickin ass!

That's a big question and one I don't have the answer to, if it's true. One reason for encouraging immigration, is the ageing British population, which requires increasing numbers of workers to support it, such a proposal may be an unpalatable one, but to the elderly in 20+ years time, the young will merely be canon fodder :(

We are not encouraging the workers - more the spongers

Well Im afraid I have to disagree, no doubt there are foreign born 'spongers' in the UK, but the vast majority of foreigners come here to work or study.

Just as an example, I did a rough calculation a few weeks ago and worked out that the revenue in tuition fees alone from foreign students in Sheffield was around £140 million pa, not including their expenditure on food, clothes, housing and utilities. That's a level of revenue that subsidises our domestic students and the economic and social infrastructure of Sheffield.

How did you know she doesn't regard me as the dutiful grandson? :hihi:

Well I don't want to get into an argument about the status of people already here, but undoubtedly Britain is heading for a major crisis if there isn't a significant increase in the birthrate or workers aren't brought in from overseas to provide tax revenue and hands on health/social care.

last year i lived in a massive house in rotherham not clean but comfy big rooms shared kitchen bathrooms on every landing a couple left and the landlord rented the room out to 3 lithuanians the first night they were partying until the police came at 3am 12 of them in a room. people started to leave the building and more polish. more partys. the big trouble started when the russians moved in. dont forget it was a shared kitchen food being stolen. fights every night. landlord didn't wont to know 6 men in some rooms paying full rent. i put a weeks notice in 2 days before i left the poor girl on the ground floor was raped by a illegal turkish man whom was on the run for rape from is own country. I have seen how the workers act drunk most nights but my other point is how many fleeing criminals or we letting in with our wea k borders. ate to be a child now think wat this country is going to be like in 15 yrs ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK

I don't remember hearing about a case of an illegal immigrant, a fugitive from the law in his own country, being in court accused of raping a girl in Rotherham last year.
