andygardener
I am planning on starting a nepalese takeaway in sheffield. Would you buy nepalese beer if there was an option ? how much would you be willing to pay for 660 ml bottle ? Is nepalese beer or indeed cuisine any good? If it's worth having and different then i'd be interested but would need more info.

callippo
I am planning on starting a nepalese takeaway in sheffield. Would you buy nepalese beer if there was an option ? how much would you be willing to pay for 660 ml bottle ? this happens with Thai restaurants, who usually these days sell Thai Singha beers as well as Tigers (from Singapore). but the beers just aren't all that great anyway. Just because they happen to be among the most popular brands in south east Asia doesn't mean they're all that good. Would you rather spend £1.80 on a 330ml bottle of Singha, or £2.30 on a pint (550ml) of something like Tennents?
