When they realise you are no longer rising to it, maybe they will stop. Of course that may not be the case, but it doesn't seem like there are many options for you. Sorry, but I doubt they are thinking about you when they get hot and heavy. maybe the council will spend tax payer money to soundproof your place? Or find you a cottage in a quiet neighbourhood.
