TheSte Posted June 4, 2011 Share Posted June 4, 2011 Have you used any of Microsoft’s non x-box products such as Zune the music and entertainment download service Microsoft provides i know it is available for both PC and xbox and the memberships to both services are closely intertwined so a charge for that service may show up as an Xbox charge. If not then most likely someone has your card details and is using it for online purchases the best thing would be to contact your bank to report the fraud and if you have the time also contacting Microsoft’s accounts department can't hurt. The number is 0800 587 1102 on all of my statements showing purchases from MS the phone number appears on the description I assume for situations such as this.
