Scozzie Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 1 - apple (strongbow) 2- Pear (Kopperberg) 3- Other fruits (Kopperberg mixed or summer fruits) 4 - Lemon (Smirnoff Ice) 5 - Potato (Chips) I have actually replaced the 'cookie jar' at work with a fruit bowl. MAC33 Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 have been cooking this recipe every second day for last 10 years or so and hardly ever get sick add tablespoon of coconut oil to frypan, add grated ginger, grated galangal,grated tumeric. add flowers of cauliflower,flowers of broccolli,onion,leek celery,okra,garlic. get quarter cup of water,stir in desert spoon of cumin powder,this helps to stop frypan burning. then add teaspoon of South African peri-peri sauce. then add fresh parsley and fresh corriander. cook total time gently 10 minutes. after cooking add finest olive oil,leave for 5 minutes then serve.
