Do you get your 5 a day

1 - apple (strongbow)

2- Pear (Kopperberg)

3- Other fruits (Kopperberg mixed or summer fruits)

4 - Lemon (Smirnoff Ice)

5 - Potato (Chips)

I have actually replaced the 'cookie jar' at work with a fruit bowl. It seems to be going quite well and people are losing weight because we are not having hobb nobbs with every coffee :)

have been cooking this recipe every second day for last 10 years or so and hardly ever get sick

 

add tablespoon of coconut oil to frypan,

 

add grated ginger, grated galangal,grated tumeric.

 

add flowers of cauliflower,flowers of broccolli,onion,leek celery,okra,garlic.

 

get quarter cup of water,stir in desert spoon of cumin powder,this helps to stop frypan burning.

 

then add teaspoon of South African peri-peri sauce.

 

then add fresh parsley and fresh corriander.

 

cook total time gently 10 minutes.

 

after cooking add finest olive oil,leave for 5 minutes then serve.
