Lucifer Satan and Beelzebub

Recommended Posts

Lucifer means bringer of light, light meaning knowledge.

When Adam and Eve were in the garden Lucifer told them to eat from the tree of knowledge otherwise they would have been there still and you and I wouldn't have been born - simple really.

I thought it was a talking snake who talked someone into eating something from a tree? :suspect:

For some reason i always had the three down as the same entity.

I found out today that they were not only separate fallen angels but they were just 3 out of 7 all vying for control of hell.

What i cannot quite understand is why we never hear anything about Astaroth who is supposed to have been running hell alongside Lucifer and Beelzebub.

If a fallen angel can 'go downwards' to hell, why can they not travel up the other way if they reform, turn good and decide sticking pineapples up Hitler's bum isn't really what they had in mind as a career?

No it's not make believe, don't be fooled into thinking that Satan is a made-up or imaginary person.

He is real and not to be messed with.

Why woudln't we want to mess with him? What has he ever done thats so bad?

Has he ever done anything worse than say for example, killing the firstborn children of every family within an entire country?

Or sending bears to kill children who mock bald people?

The divil is a bad egg. I applied for the post but my CV really wasn't up to scratch. I once laughed at a racist joke I thought was ironic but it wasn't, it was racist. I also giggled at someone with a limp when I was 9. It just isn't evil enough.
