I really enjoy running but am currently 5 1/2 months pregnant any ideas on gentle exercise classes out there at all? Any info welcome. Many thanks for your help! Shef_Fitness Posted June 7, 2011 Share Posted June 7, 2011 Gentle walking if you are that far gone in the pregnancy. Anything else would be dangerous, I'd imagine. yummymummy88 Posted June 7, 2011 Share Posted June 7, 2011 Yoga and antenatal water aerobics. You would have to contact your local leisure centre to see what classes they are currently running. You wouldnt be able to do the normal yoga classes but i saw a yoga in pregnancy poster at my GP surgery. I followed a programme on sky home and health channel that was for it.
