Perhaps it had its heat seeker on looking for canabis farms. Well i'm sure they like to bring the new year in with a bang too Could be cut backs, there was a police car driving down Infirmary road the other night about 9pm with no lights on. Hi, No lights on on a police car or helicopter would indicate to me that they are monitoring/following someone and trying to be as discreet as possible However, not sure how discrete that helicopter is, if it's flying low as you stated.
