Firstly how do you expect the new members to sell/swap things when they cannot put a post up to advertise there items. Secondly i have had to offers for my mobile and i cannot reply to them as i have to be a member for 7 days and have 5 posts which i think is off putting personally. MOAN OVER. As for the PMs, this is to safeguard yourselves. We obviously all don't want spam through - so it is just to make that people who are using the PM function, are indeed actual users of the forum.
