Classes will be run for both juniors and adults. 4th Dan instructor Nev Hamilton in association with the AMA provides instruction for all levels. Classes are for beginners through to experienced martial artists. If you want to give it a try just bring yourself and some comfortable gym wear (bare feet) the aim is to improve your fun, fitness and wellbeing whilst learning an ancient art. There are changing facilities and a coffee bar available. Its a great chance to meet new friends. We are really excited about SYSK coming to Revolution and hope you are too.
