Bloomdido
My former employer had a lift provided by Schindler. I saw the irony. It is my misuse of the word 'Irony' that has caused confusion. Phanerothyme is correct in his observation.
VideoPro
But he would probably have just changed the name of his project to Schindler's collection of names, or perhaps Schindler's roll-call, given that people probably wouldn't have seen the funny side. He probably wouldn't have seen the connection. Oskar Schindler made a "liste" in his native German. The lift manufacturer (originally from the German speaking part of Switzerland) is called Schindler Aufzüge.

Treatment
I knew a chap who over indulged in sexual self abuse. He suffered from Schindler's Wrist.

Frazer1974
Imagine the irony if the wartime Jewish prisoners were forced to make Candles for the Nazis. Then it might've been Chandlers List.
I1L2T3
Imagine the irony if the wartime Jewish prisoners were forced to make Candles for the Nazis. Then it might've been Chandlers List. I have a horrible feeling some Nazis used Jewish people to manufacture candles. A thread that started off with a bad pun dressed up as irony has descended into horror. Phanerothyme
... and lampshades made of human skin .... except it never happened. Whales, yes - humans, no. It's just not economical to render tallow from people. Especially very thin people.

Phanerothyme
I think that the legend of human skin lampshades was well debunked years ago (pre internet) actually. Check it out for yourself.
