altus Posted June 11, 2011 Share Posted June 11, 2011 no it's not. anyone disrupting any meeting in any way should be asked to stop doing so and if they persist be ejected. councillors and anyone else for that matter have the perfect right to object to being filmed and ask anyone doing so to stop. They might have the right to object but they don't have any right to insist in a public place. Neither is filming a meeting quietly a breach of the peace.
