John X
guys get all excited watching a scantily clad woman dancing and then what? go home for a tug? I guess so! A kind of 'grown up' version of looking at your porn mags, when you reach puberty. John X
squidge00
I find it very interesting how there are so many supportive comments for a man who doesn't want to go to a lapdancing club because he finds it degrading yet the feminists who have commented on another similar thread have been absolutely slated for feeling the same way.... Cyclone
Nobody slated the feminists for not wanting to go to a club. They argued against them trying to get a club closed down on feminist grounds. Completely different stances to take.

That's not quite right. It was about feminists wanting to remove the right of some women who chose to dress in a certain way and earn a living from it.. size13
The worry thing about this is the judgement of your mates. Why on earth they'd want to spend any time with a "man" like you is quite puzzling. You sound like a right miserable old sod.. Stay at home and do a bit of knitting or sommat... wow, i really hope your joking mr.frank!
Magilla
It's my mates stag do next weekend and part of the pub crawl involves entering a lap dance bar. Personally i find it degrading and i'm refusing to go there, though i will meet them in a bar nearby later as i can't face the exploitation. Fair enough, the girls are paid well and they know the score but i just can't be a part of this. Am i being silly and old fashioned, i'm only 41. Each to their own. It's not my kind of thing either, but not because I believe the girls are being exploited, I think the punters are!
