Why is dieting so hard

i try dieting all tym but i get board an give up any1 got any tips
Your attitude towards the foods you enjoy eating as to change if you want to reduce the amount of junk you're eating.

 

In short, While ever the pleasure from eating the junk food is greater than your need to diet you'll always struggle with dieting. The pleasure you receive from knowing that you're losing weight and getting healthier as to be a greater motivation than the pleasure you receive from eating junk. Easier said than done and a little simplistic I know, but that's the key to successful dieting.

My GP told me that exercise, regular meals and a balanced diet (no junk food, TV dinners, fried food etc) is the best way to lose weight. Don't think of it as going on a diet that you'll be able to stop when you reach your "goal weight". It's a change of life style forever if you want to reach your goal weight and maintain it.
