In short, While ever the pleasure from eating the junk food is greater than your need to diet you'll always struggle with dieting. The pleasure you receive from knowing that you're losing weight and getting healthier as to be a greater motivation than the pleasure you receive from eating junk. chimay Posted June 12, 2011 Share Posted June 12, 2011 My GP told me that exercise, regular meals and a balanced diet (no junk food, TV dinners, fried food etc) is the best way to lose weight. Don't think of it as going on a diet that you'll be able to stop when you reach your "goal weight". It's a change of life style forever if you want to reach your goal weight and maintain it.
