megalithic
I'm not wanting to, or wanting to know where it can be done, just wondering if it's possible. Hmmmmmmm. ?
Sarkysod
I hope you are not trying to weigh in the Krugerrands you have been stashing from the 80's, even Bramalls wont take them now.
Alcoblog
Erm ... Not being funny here but ... If it's scrap gold, why not just sell it? It's a bit like saying 'can I pawn scrap copper?' Mind you ... I've got some scrap plutonium I wouldn't mind getting a bit of cash for on a temporary basis ... maybe just a half life.
megalithic
It's not mine to sell, let's just say it was supposed to be held in trust, but it seems it's disappeared for now, though i'm assured it isn't totally lost.

RazorSHarp
You can Pawn anything of value, it's usually for a lot less than the value of the item and usually the Pawn is for a set length - if the money lent by the Pawn broker isn't paid back within a given time frame it usually becomes the property of the Pawnbroker. So you want to know if your 'temporarily missing' scrap gold could have possibly been pawned, temporarily? Yes it could
ANGELFIRE1
So you want to know if your 'temporarily missing' scrap gold could have possibly been pawned, temporarily? Yes it could Get it back and flog it quick, gold is at an all time high, I took some in, by my calculations around £600, got just short of a grand on their scales and their valuation. Regards Angel.
