espadrille
This was published in The Guardian. Although Cameron is claiming victory for the changes, I cant help but think these would not have happened had it not been for Lib Dem influence. http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2011/jun/12/nick-clegg-health-reform Shirley Williams seems quite pleased too. mj.scuba
So we can blame the Lib Dems for the failed opportunity to bring real reform to the NHS?

mj.scuba
What reforms would you like to see. The ones that were on the table, like scrapping PCTs and give the budget to clinicians and empower them to take decisions with the patient and commission services as they see fit, from where they see fit. Unfortunately wanting changes to the health service is the closest thing to blasphemy in this country.
Stoatwobbler
The Liberal Democrats badly need a victory on something like this, although I'd much rather the bill was junked in it's entirety.

taxman
It's a good job grass roots Libdems showed a bit of courage and backbone at conference rather than meekly following the Tory line, the one that Clegg agreed with when he signed off on the health bill. Yep the coalition seems to be at a dead-end now. The Tory right won't take this lying down! We have Smarmy Dave, Double-dip Dave now it's U-Turn Dave!
