Cycle to work scheme

Recommended Posts

The Boardman range are a hefty step up in price from that Carrera but it looks ok to me.

J E James have some bikes on sale at that sort of price but when you get to the shop and ask them about them they look at you like you have just been gargling tap water from Chernobyl, plus they only ever talk to you if you are spending £30000000 on a set of disc pads.

Isn't buying a bike under the cycle to work scheme and not using it for that purpose fraud? The clue being in the name of the scheme.

If your employer has the same form to fill out as they have at Lloyds then your manager will have to sign it stating that it will be used, predominantly, for the purpose of commuting. If he does and you don't then he has committed conspiracy to defraud.

Let's hope there's no one from HMRC reading this.
