Taxman to snoop into ebay accounts

Recommended Posts

The little man running a business and paying no tax? Don't let them carry on, shop them.

And I suppose your squeaky clean and always have been ?

The people Im sticking up for is not the business people, however big they are ,its the little man who maybe sells a little purely to make ends meet ..£60 a week benefits doesnt go very far

It isn't supposed to go very far. It's supposed to encourage people to go out and find work so they can go further.

A lot of people cant find work ,these are the people Im on about ,do you think in that case they should be made to suffer as opposed to living a decent standard of life?

Everybody fiddles somewhere along the line ..those that say the dont are liars

If they are earning a living, be it through ebay or cash labour, their benefits should be stopped - simple as that.

If they carry on earning and claiming, jail should be their next stop.

I wonder if they will look at the second incomes of say firemen. Most moonlight as they sleep on a night shift. Their rates undermine those of tradesman as they allready have a good wage and pension for the fire service. Ebay earning don't drive rates down unlike Moonlighters.

Selling your unwanted items on the Bay isn't classed as earnings your just liquidating your assets. Buyin and sellin WELL?
