Can you recall the girl that got killed when kids threw a telly over I will never forget hearing about that. Yes I remember that. It was on Hyde Park where that awful death occurred. The tragic thing was that even though the young girl was killed, horribly, it still didn't stop the idiot element from throwing all sorts of stuff over the balconies, from furniture to nappies, and general rubbish to (of all things) live animals. The milkman had to change from delivering bottled milk to cartons of milk because the bottles were used as missiles. (though I would qualify the above statements by saying it was a small element of idiots, who threw rubbish and furniture etc over. I'd also want to stated that there were a large number of us who still took pride in the properties, and we even used to mop the communal landings outside our flats. ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
