Very good point Anna - fuel poverty amongst the old is rife in this country, and before everyone jumps and says they get fuel funding through the winter - yes some do, but not all, then again some old folk are too proud to claim it (unlike some) and actually die from hyperthermia, as I've said before the old are national treasures and need preserving, not sending to the 'dogs' keep the money here lets look after our own. I've never received any 'child benefit' in my life, believe it or not there's more to life than receiving child benefit for the many children that immigrants have, though that is probably the reason why the immigrants have so many children - then send the money back to the third world hovel where they belong/came from !
