Public Sector Strikes

Recommended Posts

still doesnt give them the right to a gold plated, nailed on, sure thing pension paid for by everyone else:roll: its a job like all the rest not special eh? doh i give up

My pension will be paid for by other members of my scheme. It is part of the rules of the scheme that is pays for itself.

The Tories won't admit to that though, because they want to tax me 3% more to make sure that they have the funds for bail out number two.

the strike is only to put two fingers up at gov, they know full well strikes dont work and have little or no public support, i dont need to influence a public that already has the measure of the public sector leeches:rolleyes:

I get fed up of you private sector folk moaning about decent pay & conditions in the public sector. Don't be envious, Unionise & campaign for better you lightweights.

Haha, lightweights ;)

Still teaching a class of 30* 4 year olds when I'm 68 doesn't seem too appealing to me. There are some jobs that are just not that easy to do at that age.

*That's if the class size hasn't crept up by then, which I'm sure it will have.

Let's see the private sector try and make money in a country that doesn't have a public sector to run it.

Who are you going to cry to when you need police, government, educated workers, legislation etc etc

Like they used to say in the past..."If you don't like it, why don't you go and live in Russia?"
