Indeed, too many to mention. Added to that, when accompanying 'artistes', I worked with a few that invented their own The late Terry Clayton once recounted a bandcall at the Fiesta, rehearsing with the Irish singer Dana. Counting in the song 'All kinds of everything' (3/4), she goes, "1..2..3..GO". When Terry recovered his composure after a fit of laughter, he indicated that it may be best if he did the count.
