What to write in a fathers day card

instead of the usual stuff you see written in the yearly fathers day cards i personally try to say something a bit more profound and personal.

 

this year i opted for: "no matter how tall i grew, i will always look up to you"

 

what have others written to the fathers in their lives this year?

Well I'm 39 weeks pregnant, so I got my dad a funny card, and one that seemed rather apt for the current circumstance.

 

On the front it says:

To the World's Best Dad,

Don't worry, I'm still your little girl.

 

And then on the inside it says:

Only bigger and more expensive.

 

 

And I'm just basically going to thank him for all the help and support he's given me over the past 9 months (and 19 years), and tell him that I think he's the best daddy in the world, and if I can be even HALF the parent he has been, then I've done a good job.
