To give time for the employee to contact their Union (if required) I'd challenge it. They can hold a hearing in your absense- but where were you? (as in why did they need to post it you?) (as in why did they need to post it you?) its a field HR rep, she is based in staffs and my work place is both sheffield and chesterfield.
