shanes teeth
You can't get fined but the council can commandeer your drive to be used to store council vehicles and equipment.
the_rudeboy
You can't get fined but the council can commandeer your drive to be used to store council vehicles and equipment. But you are allowed to use them at weekends.
Bloomdido
I have a drive and there is a large expanse of grass verge from the road to my drive. I park one car in the drive and one on the driveway. What is the 'legal' take on this? Do I have the right to park a car on the 'access' to my driveway?
Alcoblog
You won't get fined for not using your drive but the Council has the authority to confiscate it and, in the worst cases, melt it down and use it to fill potholes. (presuming it's an asphalt drive)
