Is England really in debt?

Recommended Posts

Man existed long before any of these things did. We have merely learned to rely on them and lost our hunter gatherer instincts.

but there were only a fraction of the current number of us then

hunter gathering is a low population way of life, though i guess for a while we'd be hunter gathering each other

So you think that if all the shops closed everyone would die?

Have not people existed much longer than shops?:suspect:

Not 60 million at a time in a piece of land as small as the UK.

"Run the country"....what exactly is running the country?

Probably a lost art - but when you come to flush the loo and there's no water, when the electricity doesn't work, when your bin's full and you're hungry, I'm sure you'll come up with a few suggestions.

Yes, there is plenty of room to grow our own food. The skills are still there too.

Have you got the land and the skills?

Share the land between us and get on with it I say. Give me my plot I will be fine.

Use your window-box. - Or you could plant a row of lettuce in the road outside your house.

It may appear somewhat barbaric, but in my opinion it is better than the present system. Survival of the fittest is the way forward.

If you think that it is in debt just who do you think it owes money to?

What would happen if we refused to pay this imaginary debt anyhow?

Lets just let it all collapse around us and have a new beginning!:D

What have we got to lose?

Debt perhaps?:hihi:

nothing, but we would have everything to gain.
