Would be interested but I is a man.

Beckygoodall
Apologies to any gents who feel a ladies only fitness group is discriminatory in any way. But it's no more so than say ladyzone gyms. It's just a particular corner of the Market I specialise in helping. A lot of women, particularly new mums like myself, are very self conscious about exercising and this puts them off. Creating an environment that offers support of other women who feel the same is less intimidating. At some point in the near future I will look to set up a mixed boot camp as there is obviously the demand. I will be sure to keep you posted. And yes, I do have a licence from the council to operate out of the park. My trainers are all fully qualified, fully insured, CRB checked and first aid trained. Sorry but women are the first to cry 'sex discrimination' when something doesn't go their way in the work force, so can't see why they can't exercise with men. They want an equal playing field only when it suits them for financial gain. Good that you have a licence. Most don't.
